Life Skills and Supportive Services
We cultivate a safe, family-centered environment that empowers individuals and families through providing access to vital resources. We provide residents and community members employment counseling, educational guidance, disability income enrollment assistance, access to onsite and community support groups, job interview preparation as well as services focused on skill development and recovery. Our commitment to reducing recidivism inspires us to foster personal growth, accountability, and opportunity for everyone, while maintaining a steadfast focus on the well-being and success of those we serve.

TESTIMONIAL
“Communities Moving Forward arranged many outreach programs for my son and set up bus passes for his transportation to and from the clinic and helped him with applying for county services that he qualified for. When it was time for my son to move on to other programs, they made sure he had a place to go and provided transportation to the new center. They provided the tools that allowed me let my son be his own person.”
